BISMARCK -- Six vehicles were damaged at a Bismarck car dealership after a vehicle drove through a ditch Wednesday morning, Oct. 17.

At about 11:20 a.m., a 37-year-old Bismarck man was driving a Kia minivan west on East Calgary Avenue, when the vehicle struck a street sign and a mailbox, then went into a ditch in front of the auto dealership, according to Bismarck police Sgt. Tim Sass.

Sass said the man drove out of the ditch then struck a vehicle parked at the dealership, as well as a light pole. A half dozen vehicles at the dealership were damaged by the man's vehicle and the light pole.

The driver was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to Sass. No bystanders were injured.
